quiet areanecessary amenities
the location near earl's court tube station proved very useful for getting around it was a short walk. the area was nice and quiet , made for peaceful evenings. the room itself was spacious for what i expected. all the necessary amenities were available too.
the hotel seemed a little tired looking overall. the photos online showed a nicer room than the one i received.

I found the room temperature to be comfortable. It was not too warm, which I appreciate in hotels. The room size was good. The location was also good for accessing The Royal Albert Hall. It was about a 15-20 minute walk.
The advertisement indicated a four-star rating, but honestly, it was to be a three-star at best. There were some issues with the room. The breakfast quality did not meet expectations for the price. It could have been much better.

the room looked clean at first glance I soon noticed the carpet looked quite worn it definitely needed replacing. also the mini fridge was completely empty i expected at least some complimentary water. the staff seemed uninterested in assisting with these issues. this impacted my overall stay.

the carpet in the hallway looked stained, it gave me a slightly bad impression.
