The service, especially from the Hotel manager Tina, was exceptional, and all staff from the doorman to cleaning crew were attentive. The location was fantastic, nestled in a glorious area of Kensington, perfect for exploring. Dining options were served but not included, with traditional Italian dishes available. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
